What is Bandwagon?
A live social app for the people at the game: one feed for the whole arena, challenges that win better seats, food, gear and more, and SeatBid for renting or bidding on seats by the minute.
Where is it available?
On the App Store for iPhone, for fans of all 20 OHL teams. Android comes next.
Who can use it?
Bandwagon is 19+ during the beta.
How does SeatBid work?
Seat holders list a seat for part of a game: 15 minutes, half an hour, an hour or the rest of the night. You bid, buy it outright or claim it free. When your time starts, check in at the seat and a timer shows how long it’s yours.
Is my money safe?
Payments run through Stripe. When you bid, the amount is reserved, not charged, and released right away if you’re outbid. Sellers are paid only after you check in at the seat.
How do I report something?
Tap ••• on any post, message or profile and choose Report. Our team reviews every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, posts, comments, likes, follows and chat messages for good. Questions: support@thebandwagonapp.com
