Questions holders ask.
Do I lose my seat if I rent it out?
No. You choose exactly how long it’s rented for. When the time’s up you get a five-minute warning, then the seat is yours again.
When do I get paid?
When the buyer checks in at your seat with the app. If they never show up, you keep the seat and they’re refunded.
What if the renter won’t leave?
Tap Report. Ushers see on their view that you hold the seat right now, and any refund is handled in the app, so nobody argues in the aisle.
Can I sell my seats for more than face value to other holders?
Not in the members area: seats passed between holders are free or face value only. SeatBid time slots inside the game are priced by the market.
Does my team have to approve it?
No. SeatBid works at every rink, fan to fan. Some teams also use Bandwagon’s arena controls to set where and when seats move; if yours does, those rules show in the app.
How do I get the STH badge?
Your team verifies season ticket holders from its ticketing system. Once your rink is live on Bandwagon, the badge appears on your profile.
